I love being a SLP and I love this community! I want to meet you where you are to offer the most functional help possible. That is the essence of the community-based service model: doing the work together where the results will be actualized. Having trouble staying organized at the grocery store? Let's meet at City Market. Stuttering during your coffee order? We can work on that at your favorite morning spot. Looking for articulation and/or phonological help? Let's meet at the library. Need to problem-solve your chair cushions to allow adequate breath support in order to effectively project your voice across the room? I'Il meet you in your living room. I work with people across the lifespan and have experience working in early intervention, in the school system, in private practice for adults and pediatrics, in home health and in skilled nursing facilities. I have over 10 years experience working hospital-based acute care. I have worked with the just born to people passing. I love to personalize SLP care in all capacities and my strengths as a clinician include: cognitive-linguistic treatment related to traumatic brain injury (including concussion/mTBI), dysphagia, dementia, and CVA/stroke. At this time I accept private pay and Workers' Compensation. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance.
